Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Hessle, HU13
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
Standard: Business Administrator Level 3
About the Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join a growing organisation operating within the renewable energy sector. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in business administration while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional and fast-paced environment.
You will support daily business operations while developing practical skills in administration, communication, coordination, organisation, and customer service. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain exposure to a variety of business functions and play an important part in supporting operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling technician training and coordinating bookings
- Maintaining and updating gap analysis records accurately
- Monitoring certification documentation and sharing updates with relevant teams
- Responding to technician queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting apprenticeship and recruitment administration activities
- Assisting with agreements, onboarding documents, and business paperwork
- Carrying out general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring internal systems remain up to date
- Supporting the wider team with operational and administrative processes
- Communicating effectively with internal departments and external contacts
What We’re Looking For

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Qualifications Required
English GCSE – Grade 4/C or above (Required)
Maths GCSE – Grade 4/C or above (Required)
