Join B&M as a Floor Manager in our Willerby store and be at the heart of a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail environment!
This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
What you’ll be doing
- Take charge of the shop floor, keeping standards high and customers happy
- Lead, energise and support your team to perform at their best
- Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
- Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
- Help your team grow through coaching, feedback and support
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality
- A natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others
- Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards
- Strong focus on results, targets and customer experience
- A hands-on attitude — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
