Career in Community Care
A snapshot of community care roles — supporting people in their homes and communities.
DevelopMentor is a free training programme designed to help line managers and supervisors better support apprentices aged 24 and under, improving retention, progression and workplace outcomes.

Funded
by Youth Futures Foundation and delivered by Workwhile, the programme is
available to SMEs across England and has been designed specifically with busy
SME line managers and supervisors in mind.
By
strengthening line management support, DevelopMentor aims to help employers get
the most from their apprenticeship investment while supporting young people to
succeed and progress in work.
Free
information webinars for interested employers will take place on 12 November
and 8 December.
