The HEY LSIP is a three-year plan that places employers at the heart of the local skills system, ensuring our workforce has the right skills and attributes.

Our LSIP sets out key priorities to align post-16 technical education, training and guidance with employer and labour-market needs.

Led by the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, the LSIP showcases collaboration between employers, providers and public-sector stakeholders to drive the change our economy needs.
