Hull & East Yorkshire
LSIP: Local Skills
Improvement Plan

Placing employers at the heart of
the skills system to better support
the region’s economy.

The Hull & East Yorkshire LSIP aims to reshape the technical skills system
to ensure it meets the needs of employers and the local economy

Led by the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, the LSIP brings together a wide range of employers with education and training providers, as well as other local stakeholders, to set out the key priorities and changes needed in the local area to help ensure post-16 technical education and training is more closely aligned to employer and local labour market needs.

Our LSIP provides an agreed set of actionable priorities over the next three years that employers, providers and stakeholders in a local area can get behind to drive change.
