The HEY LSIP is a three-year plan that sets out to place employers at the heart of the local skills system, to ensure that our current and future workforce are equipped with the skills and attributes that meet the needs of employers and the local area.

Our LSIP sets out the key priorities and changes needed locally to help ensure post-16 technical education, training and guidance is more closely aligned to employer and local labour market needs.

Led by the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, the LSIP showcases collaboration between employers, education and training providers and public sector stakeholders, who are getting behind our key priorities to help drive the change needed for the benefit of our businesses, workforce and economy.
